So you think the parabolic reflectors with the vertical bulb is most efficient? Do they have a blind spot in middle?

    Splitting room (2 flowers)

First off let me begin by saying I wasn't a fan of this idea. But my electrical company is leaving me no choice at this time which is for another thread at a later date. I already bought 8 more lights and another AC. Going to run (2) 8kw rooms. Right now it's an entire basement minus the laundry...

19 lbs in 7 gallon pots using 6 (or 8) pretty cheap parabolic lights indoor??

I seen it a year ago, jon belferno I think it was. Those parabolic vertical lights tho are where its at, I'm replacing all my reflectors with them soon/eventually. Think about it, you utilize the entire bulb not just one side. I can personally pull 20-24oz a light with trees, one per light in...

    Very basic electrical question !

Your box has two poles, each 120v. A double pole breaker gives you 240v because it has two positives.

    Cmh veg

Veg lights are not really as important. Only when talking about rate of growth and stature. I would find a 315 sufficient to veg in 4x4. I use to use mh and there's huge diff in node structure but I don't like them because they run so hot. But I could never spend that kinda money on veg lights.
