bury it deeper . you have to support it under dirt, transplant it or re pot it. a stake will not work if its sagging down/dying. plant it so the leaves are right on the dirt sticking out then water it around the edge of the pot. unless its dead already

the pollen sacks are yellow so they are easy to spot but not under a yellow hps light. It looks like you are focused on the ligules, the spiky hair like things by the nodes.

male, watch to see if there are any little white hairs or calyxes. with the males they look the same at first because the leaves in the male parts look like white hairs. if you get the round pollen sacks hanging down after a couple weeks its ready to release pollen . there will never be white...

could be aphids maybe but it makes me think there is a problem with the irrigation or the lights because the leaves look unhealthy.

without enough light you will probably get low quality low yield (unsmokable). you should count the hours of direct light they need 6 or more

some don't look like they have any roots. they will do better once you plant them in soil or something, water then let them dry out for a while. cutting the dead growth off would help but you should have 5 to ten good ones at least.
