Ive immediately removed the foam and changed the setup a lil bit so that the CFL's are crowding around the seedling. They're about 2 1/2 inches away and theres a fan blowing inside the room. Unfortunately it stopped rotating(mustve damaged it while transporting) so i will buy another small fan...
