Thats the classic image of a Deformed Clone that was taken from a Flowering Plant... they will look like that for a while then eventually straighten up and start growing properly again. Had this happen to me before.. Except my leaves were really fucked up looked like a Carpet Scrunged together...

I would leave the dome on personally I would just mist them Put the dome back on and leave for another day or so they could bounce back. Are you using a heating mat? under that dome if not I suggest you get one to increase your success rate in cloning. Thats what I use and I always get roots...
