Yep, you're gonna need good ventilation/circulation or, as GwN points out, you'll be trading one problem for another. If you decide to go with a greenhouse, and can get past the ventilation/circulation issue, let me suggest a cheap plastic solution. Might be the best $125 I ever spent...
