Yeah, "white web" is not something you'll want to see on your plant :-( As posted, sounds like spider mites or PM. UNLESS, you mean "the pics you see of weed ready to be harvested", look like they have powdery white crystals (trichomes) all over them? If that's the case, then that's normal...

You may also want to inspect your plant. Are you seeing signs that something or somethings are munching on her? That may let you know what you're facing. Also, flies may laze about on cool green leaves. But if you have lots of them, buzzing around your plant, odds are there's something...

Just a recommendation, harvesting any bud no matter the age is probably better than fighting mold or mildew issues, this late. So chop early if you need to avoid losing it all. Your pic is really shitty :lol: But if the trichs are sticking out like that, you're probably in the ballpark...
