I’m growing in soil. You think it’s too high? Yes the yellow patch is closest to the light. ppm was about 744 last feed. That was high actually, I’ve been spoon feedin ‘em.

It was RIGHT after lights out. Like seconds after. Then I got the hell out of there!

Lime green leaves - light stress and recovery

Heat’s been under control. Was 79-82f while I was really pumping the co2, now I’ve been keeping it at 76-78f with reduced co2, (around 600-800ppm) I’m assuming if it IS light stress, they won’t necessarily return to a normal color. I did raise the light 8 inches since this happened. The leaves...

pH of runoff was 6.4. It’s been steady. Here’s better pics. Sorry some are out of focus, I hate being in there during lights out!

Lime green leaves - light stress and recovery

Thanks Beachwalker. Turning down my light is NOT what I want to be doing right in the middle of flower stacking though, ya know?! I will obviously if I need to but damn. Why is this happening now? I’ve been running the 1000w since early veg. Is it because of the decreased temps & co2? It’s...

Losing color on my plants.. Nitrogen? Mag?

I disagree on the nitrogen deficiency. Lower leaves usually show more symptoms than upper leaves in that case. Iron deficiency causes interveinal chlorosis like you are seeing here. Iron deficiency is usually caused by a pH problem. What’s your pH? Make sure your pH, temp, RH and all those...

pinched a little to hard maybe?

It’ll totally heal. If there are tears in the stem I like to put some raw honey on the wound, helps keep infection away and aids in healing. I’ve even snapped branches almost completely off - applied honey and tape, maybe a support stake, wait 3 weeks, totally healed.

    Advice for a beginner...

I put them in those little seedling trays just so they don’t fall over. I love rapid rooters, like I said, they’re foolproof. This pic was taken right before I transplanted to 4” plastic pots. I stick with seedling soil (finely ground peat, perlite & vermiculite) for the 4”, then next...

    Advice for a beginner...

I use rapid rooters and a spray bottle. In your case, I’d wet the media thoroughly once, then use a spray bottle to maintain. Fungus, stem rot, damping off, etc is caused when there isn’t enough oxygen in the soil. That’s why I like the spray bottle and rapid rooters. Keeps the roots moist but...

    Advice for a beginner...

The top of your growing media looks totally dry. Seedlings need constant, even moisture. Keep the soil moist, not dry, not soaked, at all times. Use a spray bottle of plain water several times a day. Don’t worry about any nutes until they get a little more established.

Lime green leaves - light stress and recovery

Hi, new forum member here. Lookin for some help. I’m in day 27 of flower. About 4 days ago, all of the uppermost leaves closest to the light turned really yellowish lime green. I could tell it was light stress, all of the leaves on the layer just below were fine, as were the ones in the corners...
