Yeah its just a 200 watt cfl. And anything more will be hot as shit for the plants. The box is all metal. Its the the Superbox by Supercloset.

I heard azamax works, also gnatarol and go gnats. Any other ones that are highly effective? I need something or a method to clean these fuckers out for good. Right now I'm using mosquito bits but they suck ass and are doing nothing for the girls. I'm doing soil drenches also I'm layering the top...

Hey thanks for the speedy response.So putting them back to 6 hours of dark wont confuse or shock the plants? They are not in the dark anymore i put the lights out around 8:30 pm last night and turned them on around 10 am this morning.

Heat is not an issue at this point, i bought a 14000 btus portable ac unit .I'm using 200 w cfl light that came with the box and planting the clones in 5 gallon smart pots. Just the space is the issue but sog just seems like it would be too less of a yield so ima let the clones grow about 12"...

What if I let my clone grow to 12" then tie it down and flip it to 12/12 ?
