Whoa! Feeding them 1 time day is way too much. I usually go by 25%-50% recommended dose once a weekfor the Fox Farm nutes. I tend to water my girls about 2 times a week (1 just water 2nd water and nutes). When watering make sure the top inch or 2 of soil is dry.

I wouldn't toss it too quick. It could be fine. It may have slow growth for a week but if the damage isn't too bad it will pull through. Keep an eye on it and see if it shows any new growth. Wider leaves, new set of leaves, height, etc. I know it'd be a lot easier to just start over but I hate...

Make sure your ph is right. I think I had this problem on my first grow. I used CalMag during each of my waterings (25% recommended dose) and it worked pretty well. CalMag is typically safe for your plants as long as you don't overdo it.

Add some calmag to each of your waterings. It states that 2ml per liter of water (Roughly 7ml per gallon). I start with 2ml CalMag per gallon, then work my way up to the full dose. CalMag will help prevent nitrogen, calcium, and magnesium defficiencies and is generally very safe for your girls...

That's some dry looking soil. Make sure to use soil specifically for seedlings. Soils with nutes may burn your girls when they're so little

How long have they been in veg? With FFOF your plants will be fine for about 3 weeks without nutrients. I'd start feeding them.

you can try repotting it, or you can let it go and maybe it'll pull through. I'd start fresh though. This one looks pretty cooked to me.

Yellowing could mean nitrogen deficiency. Do you add calmag or anything when watering? Droopy leaves can also mean over watering

FFOF is know to burn seedlings. Try using light warrior for seedlings. Any potting soil for seedlings should be fine
