if your using a high wattage cfl I recommend pulling it up as new seedlings can't handle that much light I kept my 85 watt cfl 12 inches away for the first 3 weeks. I also had 120 crea watts spread out but I got clear signs of heat stress. cfls put off a ton of heat and seedlings cannot handle...

I've heard ocean is hot for seedlings. look healthy to me they r prolly just laying down roots

good reading up n solving your issue. Don't feed for a bit Water with 6.5 - 7.0 7 being best flush or water n u should be fine if that's the issue. Wait for second opinion as I'm not as experienced as most good luck!
