looks like your over watering and over nuting plants that small prolly shouldn't be nutes yet. cut back watering u may have root dmg or rot causing yellowing let soil dry and pot be light before watering and she shouldn't need much water

yellowing leaves normally indicates a nitrogen def but this looks like yellowing because of root damage. Over watering/transplanting is prolly the issue of drainage is good. Please do the lift method on ur pots not the look method they should be light as fuck if they have weight to em don't water.

bro quit messing with it so u messed up a leaf that won't matter 3 weeks from now. don't ever flush a sprout. now because of the excess wetness u risk getting gnats. it'll grow out of it as it gets bigger homie you r going to kill it giving it to much attention they don't want to be messed with

lots of stretching going on there increase light also make sure u give her small amounts of water and soil ain't drying out it can take up to 1 week before the new root growth begins Which is what ur waiting for she will be fine

keep soil top wet add perlite to your soil to air it. Also plants like this don't like a lot of water wait until soils dry after you water first week there isn't much of a root.
