looks like it's ph related problem look at your spots on leaves it's other problem then your phosphorus deficiency , water with 6.5 and check your first run off come out of pot it should be at optimum range if not correct it with flush , your leaves look droppy it's could be from underwater or...

when you top it's better lower nutrient strength a bit , roots transfer same amount of nutrient used for whole plants and cause nutrient burn , also overfeeded leaves show nutrient deficiency , if everything was ok before topping and you feed same. that's my guess.
