get some reflective material up or paint it white it helps a lot when using cfl's make reflectors out of pop cans for each cfl it helps big time and its super easy i just use electric tape and cut the pop cans to size ans tape them this will help alot and get more lights if u can and deffinitay...

put it in a bigger pot fill it up with soil all the way to where the leaf growth starts u dont need that long ass stem and the more fresh soil the better.
