I should of quoted his first post, but he said to have them 1 inch away from your plant. I only quoted the second half. Yes that is ideal to start high and end as low as your plants can take. But, for someone not familiar with led growing, might take what he said as gospel, which its not.

Horrible advice. There are to many on the forum that spew terrible advice. Im not going to point out every single area of advice thats wrong. But alot of what you say is absolutely false.

Subbd. Your plant is doing some serious growing. That light seems to be doing a great job. I was curious on how good that HTG light was. So far its proving itself.

HAHA exactly its a placebo effect, been using it since grow one. And I got alot of grows under my belt. Bottle was cheap and it lasts for years upon years, dont know how they turn a profit.

LOL I usually run the humidifier, funny thing is, its right by my cab just sitting there unplugged. There goes that laziness again. Ill hook it up and get the humidity where it needs to be at 40%. My last couple of grows, I didnt use the humidifier at all, but thats going from clones to flower.

Your set-up is looking nice. I would go with a pro grow if it was me. But, still use that t5 as some side lighting, then switch each side in intervals. Even 2 more blackstars would be about the same cost of a pro grow 400. Then you got a way better foot print, and you can control the light...
