Should be fine. Plants that grow outside get rained on whenever mother nature feels like it, and they turn out pretty good, lol. As long as it's not like a hurricane or a hail storm, you're plant will be okay. :peace:

That's what I'm thinking too. You should still lower your lights to a couple inches above the plants. The reflective material helps, but light from cfl's doesn't penetrate very far before it loses it's "juice". :peace:

Are those actually 150w cfl's or are they 42w (equivalent to 150w)?

Any idea of the K rating of those bulbs? All it lists is the CRI and I'm not familiar with "color rendition index" . . . :peace:

Looks like you might have some issues judging by the yellowing of the leaves . . . but I suck at diagnosing other people's plant problems. You should post these pics in the "marijuana plant problems" section. Someone will be able to help you out. :peace:

I wouldn't even attempt to try and explain that one. I've run across so many threads where people were arguing back and forth about whether lumens add up or not, LOL. Don't worry about the technicalities of it (unless you really want to know, then do a search), just get those lights within an...

Yeah, I thought they were bigger than 18w bulbs too. And dr danky is right, it's gonna stretch right up into your hood unless you start training it. If cost isn't a big issue, you could really increase your yield by adding more lights that have higher lumens, but like dr danky says, make sure...
