Well today is the plants 17th night and they are dooing great, I picked up a ValueLine 6" inline fan to help with the ventilation and humidity as well as a wall mounted oscillating fan, I also got rid of those shitty "yo-yo's" that I had holding up my light and got some "Rope Ratchets" from...

i would say no, just get your self some CFLs, if you can get 6500k for VEG and 2300k for FLOWER. you can get them anywhere even the dollar store...
