It looks to be a Cal./Mag. deficiency, or possibly a little nitro deficiency, maybe go a little lighter on the nitro when your vegging, it'll help prevent stalling the growth and the leaves will be a little brighter rather than dark green, all in all still a healthy plant that'll finish this grow

I agree in picking your strains carefully, also what lighting schedule are you using, plants do most of their bloom growth in the dark from my experience, also what is the humidity staying around in your grow area, high humidity can cause longer blooming cycles

I'm gonna be straight up like everyone else, you box is definitely on the small size, leds will help your Grow situation over cfl in the heat aspect. You could also only use clones which will help put you right into flowering mode and you'll also save time over vegging. If that isn't an option...

While no that's not a 100% normal clone, clones do normally act a little strange at first. Everything from weird growth rates to crazy looking leaves, normally they'll straighten their self out, but I'm gonna agree and say the the humidity is your problem

Shooting up is only if other methods (smoking and edibles) don't work, and 90% of stoners will never shoot up, plus it's too much work, hell dabs are too much work, why carry a blow torch and bong when I can roll a J on the spot in a concert
