can you put hot or boiling water into the roots ON HARVEST DAY! to bring goodness into the buds?

i didnt cut off all the leaves about 50-60 percent... i know its still too many

im only a first time grower in ireland so bear with me... i cut a lot of leaves off to expose bud sites (which was utterly retarded..) then the mites and bugs got the rst of them.... there gone now but the buds dont seem to be getting any bigger in size .. the cold weather is making...

i cut a good few leaves off my plant so the sun could get into the bud sites but then the mite nd bugs ate the rest of the leaves to the point of nearly dead ... the bugs are gone now but the buds dont seem to be getting any bigger and the coldness at night time is making the fan leaves turn...

i can get some but will take a while

worried about the buds not growing big because the mite ate most of the leaves ... help

eg. fairy or anthing else around the house i can use

the buds are getting big now and i really dont want them to start munchin on my buds.... is there any house hold item i can use to get rid of them ?? leafs are in very bad condition they munched straight through the leafs there going all brown please can any one help
