you need mylar or white paint , also cflls emit most of there light from there side not the top so youll probably have better results if you turn your bulb on its side. and if you put your hand over the top of your plant and the back of your hand doesnt get burned then your plant will be fine...

you could just leave your water out for a day instead of boiling also you should move that light a lil bit so she doesnt start stretching for it other than that shes look healthy. Also is that tin foil you got there? if so get rid of it it creats hot spots witch isnt good for your plant

i vegged her inside for about 3 weeks then she went straight outside she lost a lot of fan leaves cause we got a heat wave that lasted at least a month of 115f+ then when the weather finally cooled she started getting new leaves then she started producing flowers i she would of flowered earlier...
