I just use Ph'd tap water and the roots appear in one week. A lot of people like super thrive but I've never tried because it's not really necessary.

No, Grow Big and Big Bloom are used in both vegging and flowering if you are following their feeding schedule. I said that Big bloom is used more in quantity than Grow Big. The feeding schdule calls for 2 tsp per gallons of Grow Big and 1tbsp of big bloom per gallon.

Kactus, it sounds like you are not following the chart completely. In combination to each other grow big, tiger bloom and big bloom work great. Following the chart week by week will give you a good foundation to hone in what you want to change next time around.
