Good to see you are keeping up with the conversation but you seem to be struggling with the last bit. The tin foil stops my soil from drying out. Your suggesting the tin foil will introduce a myriad subsequent ramifications, I don't believe this to be the case.

Might not be the same for you but my grow seemed to stall so I flushed the hell out of it and it took on a new lease of life!!

I don't believe it to be the perfect solution but neither do I believe in over engineering a solution to a problem that isnt there.

The only thing I like about autos is the turn around time. Generally lower yield and low potency arnt qualities I look for. But they are perfect for first timers, very very difficult to get wrong. I can't see myself growing them again tbh.

My application of tin foil serves its purpose adequately. If it didn't I would have found an alternative material, more than likely some form of cloth.

I put tin foil over my soil to stop it drying out too quick.
