Had my new grow up and running now for a week. Nothing in yet just germin seeds. Using 2 x 400 watt sputnik lights, digital lumatek ballasts, 4in intake and 5 in extraction. Extraction being pulled out with carbon on the end and then through the light fittings. Oh and in a loft. Room is 7ft...
