Yep, thats what I mean. When you break the bud up, it releases a stronger smell than when growing.

Just because it dont have a stong smell doesnt mean it will be bad bud. Some strains dont produce much aroma until they are cured. If everything else is right, then you should be good. Finish it out, you may be surprised.

I suggest a small "radiator" heater with 2-3 cores with a thermostat. Radiant heaters are cheaper, but draw over 1200w for the little ones!

Your math is right. That is a lot of money, but look at it this way, each one of those plants should yield at least a pound if you use Roots paying for itself over 14 times if all 15 harvest. If thats still too much to invest, perhaps you should consider scaling you plans down to fit your budget.
