In my experience, purple will normally happen to the sugar leaf due to strain, or low temps. Most of that stuff gets cut off and isn't noticeable after drying. It looks nice while growing at least.

Aha. I overlooked the obvious. Didn't realize it was hanging. I saw all the dead fan leaves and went with that. I don't dry my stuff like that so I would say you need far more airflow. Trimming up your stuff before hanging it could help you out a bunch too.

cannababies grows best with an overload of water. Try looking for a large waterfall and put the plant directly under the main flow. Don't worry about the plant bending a little, it makes the roots and stalk much stronger.
