That's kinda what i thought, another dumb question how do you know when the weed has been used up? Because smoking it in a pipe it eventually becomes ash. I would assume you just can't get another hit off it. I am thinking there is no ash from a vaporizer right or wrong?

How close can you put a plant to the edge of the tray,I am thinking you might get root block, but then again it's only one side, meaning the plant can expand in the other 3 directions.
