    Potroast not sure what you mean by changing the lights, also should i be trimming the lower branches? I have 16 plants in a 4X4 tray, i was going to cover the 4X4 area with a volleyball net as a screen, but i have seen a few Scrog pics on here and in some cases it looks like one or two plants...

    You might have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) I have it and it sucks the medication Requip works great.
