hello , any grow advice/tips ?

i've lost about 6-8 plants i just recently planted 6 in the same pot as my oldest...without germinating & i also have one seedling coming in a secong container... im manly focused on my eldest at the moment...i have it on a 12/12 light period since i started it & its abot 5-6 inches tall begging...

well i've had a few plants about a year ago that didnt make it... this is my most successful grow so far

1 month & a half old marijuana plant , my first grow....any advice/tips ?
