I have seen bubble taken back to powder form by using a micro-plane. Just rub it across the plane and it grates it back to powder. If you do it non-aggressively it wont hurt the hash. If it gets to gummy to grate, throw it in the freezer for half an hour. Full melt powder....mmmmm.
