actually you dont have to change the nutes every week, i only change from veg to flower and again when time to flush!

i'd start the nutes when the plants have established root zones. or when they look hungry. but obviously go easy until u know what they can handle without burn.

yeah id say if it doesnt turn to a white ash when burned its either two things, didnt flush long enough, or properly, or u havent cured long enough.

id transfer them into a 5 gal buckets asap. i usually take clones with well established root structures stright from a small bubble cloner to the 5 gal buckets and leave them there through veg and flower until complete!
