I just ordered a Apollo 400 watt full spectrum it cost $221.75 on ebay and was hoping it will work for my small grow( like three plants) The size is only like 13" so I am a bit skeptical Any one use this panel before? any thoughts?

Thanks Big Bud I was wondering how we could posses an oz and yet grow plants I think the intent of the prop was just to get the door opened up and go from there but I think it would be better to have sound laws right at the get go that are a little clearer than mud.
