can somebody tell me what my ppfd will be for a 20"x36" space? i will be running four 3500k 72v cxb 3590s at 700mA and one cxa2530 4000k at 1400mA for a total of 250w. it seams like it should be enough light but i want to make sure that i have plenty of light for an optimal yield

perlite works great in a hempy, just make sure to water everyday, perlite doesnt hold moisture well

its my understanding that the crees do better when run softer and vero's excel when driven harder

ok cool thanks, i plan to run a 200w bar (4 72v 3590s at 700ma) and i want to run this in a 20"x36"x60" tent, i get a gram a watt in coco hempys with a premade apollo400w and apollo300w panel (pull around 280 at the plug), how would this light compare to my previous setup?

thanks fpr the quick replies, so 1/2w 10k resistor? i dont know much about this stuff...is there any chance i could have messed up the driver by connecting dimming leads to outside post on pot?

maybe a dumb question but how do i hook it up? i tried hooking a dimming wire to each side of the pot and it had no effect

cxb3590 would only be runnin g at 40w at 550mA, running 3 vero 18s per driver would give me a total of about 49w would there be mich difference in heat? enough to need to upgrade heat sinks?

how many volts are the vero 18s and can they be run in series?

thanks, i am new to diy leds. the way i figured it 3590s would be running at 39.6w, its all still mostly greek to me, i am hoping to have 9-10 cxb3590s in a 20"x3' area, right now i pull about 280 at the wall with panels and get a gram a watt but ive read with these cobs i could achieve 2 grams...
