those look like they have barely even started to veg. you dont even have full 7 point leaves yet. your no where near flowering.

I have 8 plants, all the same age, all fed from same source, same neuts, same doses, same light 20/4, same everything. A few are a much darker green and a few the leaves are starting to yellow.
