Did you just move it outside recently? I had the same thing happen to my plants right after putting them outside, but it passed quickly and they look great now.

Blueberry muffin mix already has the oil/butter in the mix so you would just end up with greasy muffins that didn't rise very well... still edible, just not quite like they were supposed to turn out.

I don't think it's copper, because the plant that has the lightened yellow areas doesn't have any darkening of leaves. And the one that is dark down't have any spots... just weird.

Oh and PH is kept at 5.8 when adding or changing our the water. PPM is about 800

Thanks! I'm using the Lucas formula for nutes with no organics so I'm thinking about adding some Hydrogen Peroxide to the resevior if it is algae. I'll try blocking out light and see if that helps...

I'm in week three of my veg and when inspecting the roots in my aeroponics setup I noticed some of the roots are green in the center, and some have a light brown color. I know white is a sign of healthy roots... but should I be worried about the light green?

Looks like the early signs of a phosphorus deficiency. Just going off of what I saw from google pics, but out of the different deficiencies it looks the closest to me...
