How many plants will a 4x8 flood tray hold?

you could do 64 plants per tray( 32 plants per 1k light) grow medium being 4" x 4" rock wool and nothing else, using the lollipop technique on this set up will guarantee you that every bud will be 1-7 grams with the majority of buds being <4 grams.

thank you!....they aren't doing bad considering that they are only in a 1/2 gallon of soil. They originally started in 4" x 4" rockwool blocks and when I put them out I sat them in 1 gallon grow bags but only filled the bags half way with soil. I considered transplanting into 3 gallon buckets...

help with a flood and drain system

It's my opinion that if you're going to do flood n drain the best option is to use 6"x6" or 4"x4" rockwool blocks and use sea of green technique and lollipop all the plants. I don't even use reservoirs, I water all plants by hand...sometimes I top feed and sometimes I just use a 5 gallon...

help with a flood and drain system

I'm an experienced RW grower and it has served me well....I don't use anything except 4"x4" RW cubes in 4x8 flood trays and have no problems what so ever. I don't put anything in the tray except rockwool blocks and it allows me to fit 32 plants per light and using the lollipop technique...

I'd let it pollinate, however, I'd cut off as many pollen sacs from the male as possible so you're females don't get too seedy. here's mine so far, just phone pics though...

MG deficiency usually yellows the tips around the edges of the fan leaves and causes the veins to yellow too. spider mites tend to cause WHITE spots, not yellow....honestly that just looks like either a N deficiency or just over-watering.

+ REP just switched 12/12 leaves wilting + rep

since you just flipped to 12/12 you need to ease your plants into the bloom nutes, once there is a lot of bud clusters and pistils then hit em with a high ppm

+ REP just switched 12/12 leaves wilting + rep

Raise your ph to 5.7 and you need to drastically lower your nutrient strength. Get your ppm to around 600-800 and ec around 1.6-2.2

    too many plants=bad results???

well i'm not experienced in aero, but I wouldn't water them again until they pick up and stop drooping. dont let the roots dry out, but don't water them every 5 mins try every 15-30 mins.
