Trust me you don't wanna use that pollin for making feminized seeds. That would probably be the worst pollin to use. You want a female that is extremly hard to turn hermi. Not one that just hermied by itself with no stress.

I think you need to get those CFLs alot closer to the plant. Get them as close to it with out burning it. When I used CFLs, I had them about an inch to a half an inch away from the plants. Other then that it looks good and healthy.

Pest will get in there regardless if you close the door or not. Trust me, they will find a way in if they want in there. Get some vent fans in there or open the door to get rid of the heat. You need to exchange the air in there.
