are there any alternative ways to reflect light besides tin foil? and besides mylar? that could be around the house?

i actually have a 120w bulb from lowes im not using it right now but what i am using is a 65w light from lowes and my 2 plants seem to be growing fine maybe a little slow. im thinking about putting the 120w in but i dont want to put out to much heat cause of the limited space im growing in

ok i raised up the plant by putting brick support to keep it a good 3-4 inches from the light source and i trans. my plant to a bigger pot. if i still dont see any dramatic growth in a few days im gonna go for a better light
