Mine mostly smell like hay when hang drying and 1st week in jars. After that, the real aroma comes on! I like 4 weeks to 6 for the perfect smell/taste for me. But I do start smoking some of it after a week in a jar to sample, but always taste worse so I wait......

Nice, my rez does exactly the same thing, it climbs slowly up, might have to adjust it 2-3 times between 2 week interval tank changes :) Nice Kief and bud my friend. Nice resin buildup.

Hmmmm, I do have a large server case that I don't use no more! HEHE, maybe, will see once i get settled in the next few months.......
