OK I will get a pH tester and drain water and refill less, do I need to add nutrients again or hold off

Haven't tested pH, started with tap water, added nutes as directed on packaging, a little less with moon dust. 24 hour light cycle. The pic of the root is the best one out of 9 I'm quite sure at least 4 are already lost
