make sure your ph is on point before trying to fix the problem!! if its off and you have lockouts things are going to get alot worst for you if you add calmag. fix the problem before you fix the issue get you ph to where it need to be. quick easy fix is the epsom salt but i use calmag+ works...

you might stress em and they become herms but dont worry about it my light cycle fucked up couple times this grow and so far everything looking great defiantly female but if its only one day of 12 + darkness you should not worry to much

get them lights closer i go as close as less then half inch some times but 1-4 inch away is the best 6 your too far loosing lumes if you got fans going heat will not be a problem
