CFL 5000k. 23w. Put the bud on it. Wait an hour. Smoke it. Microwave sucks. Oven sucks. Freezer in/out over and over sucks. Toaster sucks. CFL 5000k is the only way to fast dry for me. "doesn't the light mess it up?" No. It is the best way you can possibly fast dry.
