i can have nute burn even though i never added any nutes? was it my soil mix that natuarlly contained the nutes?

the soil i made its 2 parts peat moss, 1 part vermiculite, 1 part perlite, and a couple table spoons of dolmite lime.......im using the sun for light and yes i have more holes poked all threw out the cup, like 30 or more in each cup
