Say you have a 400w air cooled reflector, the glass is cool to the touch and not warm, theoretically how close can you get it to your plants? I can put it right up to them with no heat but then am I giving them to much light intensity?

ok, must be previous damage before I fixed the temp issue, temps were at 83, I was able to drop the temps to a cool 75.

12/12 is the proven way, if there were other light cycles to use to yield more you would of heard about them. Just veg them long then go 12/12

Temps are good, I would just not water it as much...see if it helps.

What are your temps? Looks like they are perspiring faster than they can take in. I would also give the underside of the leaves a nice cleaning before you go into flower.
