The plant seems to be in bad shape. Keep it alive for as long as you can so the seeds can finish maturing. After that I would harvest the seed pods and grow some more later. You can try to hash the plant out but I doubt it would be worth the time.

It wouldnt be a nit deficiency, the pod carries enough nutes for the first few weeks. I would say it would be a heat issue or you are drowning the roots and not letting enough oxygen in. Let the soil dry out before you water. Also youre not feeding them yet are you?
