If you put another output fan on the out manifold ....well it would have a better chance of working. I dont think one fan against 4X1000w will be enough even if the manifold works, which I really don't know much about. Or at least a 12' on the out side.

It's def the AC, most units do pull around 10amps per 10,000btu but Ive seen them listed as double that even. Run the AC to a different circuit and your golden.

They should never need water like that, it should be taking at least two days for the soil to dry, usually longer. Also bud candy is not plant food, its an additive and does not really feed the plant any of the major stuff it needs....like none at all actually.
