whats wrong with the plant ? the yellow parts feels so dry ...

the cfl light spectrum change would not cause that problem. those previous temps were too high, but should now be good at 23-25 C. that plant is really too young to be given a lot of nutes, if any. there should be a good amount of nutes in the soil for a plant that size. might want to flush...

    Plants could be healthier?

you'd probably be better off removing that lower yellow stuff that isn't receiving enough light and won't amount to much so your plant can put all of the energy into the nice top buds

    Help Needed! Seedling Troubles!

yellowing of the leaves usually indicates a nutrient deficiency, though it looks like in those pics that there is plenty of soil in the cups to provide enough nutes. new pics would be good.

    Starting over

you don't need starter mix because it's pretty sterile i think. use about 25% perlite. you can probably just mix any GOOD potting mixes you have together... also, read this thread for some ideas... https://www.rollitup.org/t/organic-growing-made-easy-fox-farms-ocean-forest.580027/...

How much water to give my plants. Different pot sizes

just let it dry out nicely then soak it fully, then let is dry out then soak it fully, etc... you can determine it's dryness by lifting the pot, it should feel light, if it's heavy then there is too much water to justify another watering. mary jane likes to dry out between waterings. also you...
