What's this? Looking at the deficiency chart and don't see it. FFOF + added perlite (25%) and dolomite lime (1 tbsp per gallon) also given tea of organic blood, bone, kelp, etc. + earthworm castings, obviously plenty of nitrogen from the dark ass color! tap water through carbon filter when dry...

    Quick Question about Drying Out

just because it's hot doesn't mean there is low humidity, in fact usually the opposite is true. anyways, i doubt you need to apply humidity, just keep the soil wet imo, unless you're hydro then idk.

    Is it time to flower?

i would just let them flower outside naturally (or in greenhouse), as long as they don't get any artificial light contamination. light contamination such as a "porch light" during dark period will definitely screw it up, so prevent that. btw, just because you see preflowers doesn't mean it's...

how often do you feed with nutrients?

depends what kind of nutes you're using. some call for weekly applications, others not. personally, i like one or two large doses during veg and the same during flower, of slow-release organics.

Is This Watering Trick a Good Idea ?

your idea is called "aerating", and it probably wouldn't hurt in moderation, but I think you're better bet would be to have well draining soil and just let it dry real good between waterings. also, you can oxygenate the water if you want with an air bump and maybe some H202 (hydrogen peroxide)...

    help

dark period will have to get up to a certain length, like 8-10 hours or so. depends on your geographical location on when that will happen. around august is when that will usually happen, we just passed the summer solstice (longest day of the year) on June 21, so it will take awhile. you may...
