very good nutes, i use those for soil and humboldt for hydro. organic based basically means that there are no "non bio degradable" materials in there nothing that will harm you or you plants. All natural basically.

What type of nutes are you using? Fox farm? Fox farm will tend to stink after a few days like old fish, same thing with General organics.

80%-90% off the wet weight is what I figure and it's pretty close almost every time.

No, in order to flower them you need minimum of 7 weeks to flower. Under 12/12 lighting and using a HPS light. 4 weeks in vegg, then 8 weeks in flower is pretty standard.

Better control over your Environment is key. if you can afford the extra cost I would go with a completely sealed room. I'm hopefully going to be setting the same thing up myself this summer. Good luck.
