4 days later, it grew like crazy. Strange growth but seems alright.

This In House Genetics Kings Kush V2 seedling is only 12 days old, under 20 hours of light per day, and just began to grow something i've never seen on a seedling, which sort of resembles a flowering, foxtailing mature plant. Has anyone seen this before, if so whats happening?
