DR80 should be big enough for about 4 plants. Probably no more than that though, unless you keep them really small.

Auto-flowering plants will flower faster, and sooner without having to wait for the right season/light cycle. The faster they flower the less chance of being discovered beforehand. That's why they're perfect for something like this.
