Kamie - Yes I installed the mini-split myself. It was a piece of cake to install, and I absolutely love it. If you're considering getting one, i'd go for it.

UPDATE! : 9/12 of my seeds sprouted! Unfortunately 3 of them did not (or at least not yet, if they do), so I went ahead and added 3 replacements to the tray just in case: 2x BlueWidow, and 1x Critical Jack! Looks like i'll have a bit more variety than i expected.. i'll give the official strain...

I am running 4x 1,000w lights in a 14x9 room. Each pair of 2 lights is aircooled, with an 8" inline fan on both sides (one pushing air one pulling air). So with that said, can i expect a drop in temps? or is it a waste of money?
